EPISODE 4X05 - HYSTERICAL BLINDNESS (October 12, 2009)
Samuel prepares for new additions to his family, while Lydia (guest star Dawn Olivieri) warns him of the consequences. Claire discovers that her roommate Gretchen (guest star Madeline Zima) may have a hidden agenda. Meanwhile, Peter finds an unexpected way to connect with Emma (guest star Deanne Bray), who would prefer to stay distant. Elsewhere, a different side of Sylar emerges as he desperately tries to remember the person he used to be. Masi Oka and Cristine Rose also star. Rachel Melvin and Jack Wallace also guest star.

GENERAL SEASON 4 SPOILERS
Hiro's bloody noses and headaches are not going away next season on Heroes. In fact, it's going to be cause for speculation on if we're going to be losing another hero soon. Source
Zachary Quinto is coming back next season. We're hearing that Sylar is present in what's described as "a very Fight Club-esque way." Source
Tracey's whole revenge arc will serve as centerpiece of the "Redemption" storyline. Source
